Holly Kieszek
I received my Associate of Science degree in Early Childhood Education from Holyoke Community College in the 70’s. Since then I have been a Pre-school Teacher for Headstart, Lead Teacher at a Private Child Care, and a Director of Early Childhood for the Westfield YMCA. I also did a 5 year stnt as a manager for Big Y foods where I learned about managing people and working with a budget. The Opportunity to purchase Young World came late Autumn of 1988. I became the owner/Director in 1989 and have had the pleasure of providing Early Education and Care to numerous children and Families for 33 years I am slowly stepping away from the business, leaving my daughter, Jessica, to take the reins. I have been subbing when needed and mentoring Jessica as she grows into her new role. When I am not needed at Young World, I split my time between Easthampton and Sutton, Vermont with my husband Chet, our two black labs, Bea and Field, and our cat, Sutton.
