Meet the Teachers at Young World!
Quality child care begins with a committed and dedicated staff.
Our EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, Holly Kieszek, has an Associate of Science degree in Early Childhood Education. She has been a Child Care Director since 1984 and has been the Director of Young World Child Care Center since 1989. Our Director, Jessica has her Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education.
Our STAFF is carefully selected on the basis of educational background, teaching experience and ability to meet the individual needs of the children. Our teachers are certified and degreed teachers and have been selected because they meet or exceed the standards of the Department of Early Education and Care.
To insure that our high quality standards are maintained our staff is continually learning new ideas and methods of teaching. Our teachers attend child care related offsite workshops and monthly onsite staff curriculum meetings conducted by our Director. Ongoing training includes: health and safety procedures, classroom management techniques, detection of child abuse, parental involvement and early care and education.
We are proud of our Staff. In addition to our Director, the Center currently has a staff of 8 certified teachers and 5 teachers’ assistants.
Combined, our staff has a total of 100+ years of teaching experience at Young World alone.
